Howdy, Big day in the Dawg household... I bought a pool table this weekend. Wo0t!. Anyway, I have a 9 footer (1 inch slate) that's all broken down in my garage... While it's broken down I thought I would take the this opportunity to change the bumpers. I also need some quotes on (simonis 860 is my preference) cloth to cover the table. From bumper to bumper the playing area is 110 inches by 55 inches. Please PM me prices on what you can do on the prices of bumpers (would like accu-fast if it can be budgeted) and cloth to re-cover the entire table.

Also, Im not really educated on what types of rails are out there and how they play, I just recognize the accu-fast name because of their advertising. Somebody wanna tell me what my options are?

I guess Im going to have to get a local person to set up and level/install etc. my table. (Tampa Bay, FL) unless there are some FL people here that could do it, I'd like some quotes.

Thanks guys!

PM Quotes.

Give me a call. You only want Accufast if you have a Olhausen.

I used www.penguinamusement.com ,they produce most of the replacement rails sold.My table at home with their rails plays very close to a diamond table,as that is what I shoot leagues on.They charged me around $300 for new rails (covered) and the simonis cloth for a 7' table. It was 1 1/2 years ago but should be close in price.

thanks guys, my undertsnading is that I should be getting simonis cloth. any other quotes? I need it in "olive" color. Nobody has given me any advice or quotes on the rails. Anybody have any insight?

Thanks again

If it is still in pieces, you should probably have a mechanic set it up for you. They will re do the rails and level everything out. Why don't you shoot RealKingCobra a pm and see if he is going to be in the area anytime soon?

Or just ask for a recommendation of a good mechanic in FL and get some quotes. The rails you will want depend on the table you have and a good mechanic will be able to offer you more information.

Good Luck.
