He doesn't seem to answer e-mails, phone, etc...

Sold me a saw that UPS delivered damage and he needs to follow through on the claim. It's been 60 days...He was cooaperative for a while but seems to have disappeared as of late.

Dave Sutton making a bad name for cuemakers

I've paid Dave Sutton $300 via Western Union (at his request) for a break jump cue ten days ago.I've send the money no question ask. After He received the money, never heard from him since. No return phone calls, no e-mail,no pms. I though he was a reputable cuemaker. Western Union told me to notifly the police. Can you guys give me a suggestion?

I received a check for $146.15 from the UPS store. Why such a measly sum? Well according to the guy who wrote the check: "That is all Dave Sutton insured the package for." When you stop to think I paid Sutton $150 for packaging and shipping this all makes alot of sense.

I'm still out the price of the saw. Behind does not equal theft so maybe honest Dave will replace the saw in the somewhat far future. Oh it is been five months already. hhhmmm
