Need Help Identifying a case please

Hey guys I'm no on here often but i could really use some help to i.d. a case i found in Chad "Big Nasty" Pollman's case collection from when he passed. I just would like to know a few things i googled the name on the case and nothing came up
I tried Tleucases.com, Tlevcases.com, Tievcases.com and Tieucases.com and nothing seems to show up. Here are some pictures of the case as well. Please any and all information would be greatly appreciated.

He lives in houston area....hasnt been making cases in a few years....busy with school and work.....real nice guy
