Need Help Identifying a Cue

A friend of mine has a cue that he would like for me to sell but I'm not quite sure who made this cue. As you can see from the photos that the shaft has a nylon insert like a Huebler but the pin is a 3/8-10 pin. The cue has Meucci style ringwork and the but cap is long like some of the earlier Meucci cues. Any help on identifying the cue and the value of this cue would be a great help.

The wrap feels like there is a light coat of finish over it, but it's not a heavy coat like on Meucci's. You can still feel the individual strings on the wrap.

MY Guess

early Erwin or a Meucci by Huebler (which i havent seen in a 3/8x10)

not so fast. The bumper and the pin size are NOT the same as most if not all Hueblers I know of. If its a Huebler, its either a Meucci by Huebler or its before he started Huebler Cues.

If the cue had a brown bumper then the cue would definately a huebler. But then there is the question of the big pin to add to the whole matter. Thanks for the input guys. My other question is how much is this cue worth?
