I bought this cue from a pawn shop in South East Tennessee. I was too intrigued to not pick it up. Brass insert in the Joint extending 1/8" from the base of the shaft. Steel Joint Collar, 1/2" Black collar below it, with a steel (i think) ring set 3/8" down the black collar. Birds eye forearm, with 4 points. Points are made of maple i think, but are stained such a deep dark brown it's VERY hard to tell the grain. Now the interesting marks. "-R-" Is set into the end collar, very close to the butt sleeve (see picture), and the butt cap is held on by a machine screw tapped into the weight bolt. Cue is in Like new condition when i bought it from the pawn shop, which is VERY different. Shaft was still 2/3 laminated except for the 1/3 which was obviously the stroking area of it's previous owner. If anyone has ANY info that could lead me to an answer it would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks for your time.
