Need help identifying a Schon LTD cue.

I would like any information about this cue, history, and its approximate value.

The cue is original except for the grip which is a genuine lizard skin wrap.
It shoots very good and the tip has been replaced recently with a Kamui clear soft tip.

It is my main playing cue and I purchased on eBay... Just curious about its history.
