I called Laurie yesterday, very friendly (more than I can say about the woman I spoke to in MD at Joss...maybe she was having a bad day but the impression I got was it was the norm...)
Laurie said Dave is not in good health and that Southwest can tell me if it is a Southwest or a Kersenbrock and can get me a certificate either way. She was very helpful and I am sending my cue in to get looked at and probably get reconditioned since it wasn't taken care of as i would like to have seen. I am going to probably get a shaft made but I do not want to wait that long, so I guess I gotta wait anyway...Thanks for the responses!
