Don't know exactly what year it was made, but it is from the 95 series.
The stained forearm is common. Some were left natural as in the photo from the budgetcues site.

Yes I did, but I will be returning it. Item wasn't in perfect condition as described. Butt and forearm have some small dings, and one of the ferrules has 2 small cracks. Cue is in good condition, but far from perfect.
