Need help to identify

I got a Scruggs cue that came with 2 shafts. Neither shaft is a Scruggs. The 1 is some limited edition 91 of 100 but I cannot find any other marks to identify and it does not even fit the Scruggs joint screw. The other has a marking of ML or LM. Any help would be appreciated

Not sure on the numbered shaft, but the ML shaft looks like 1 of Mike Lambros shafts.
