Before I post anything else for sale, I'm wondering if anyone can help me price two cues I own by Belgium player and maker Stany Buyle. I love these cues. I am thinking about selling them, at least one, not too sure about the other.
I have some photos here: Looks like birdseye maple, ebony and maybe rosewood. the inlays are mother-of-pearl, the butt is spliced butterfly arches all around. The lighter colored one is almost pristine in condition. The blue-violet one, mine, has some wear, not very much, mostly finish and cracks around the forearm on the inlays. Not the inlays but the finish, looks like someone let it drop a few times, or maybe got pissed and banged it on a table. LOL. I don't know, picked it up at a garage sale, fell in love with the cue, purchased the second from a US dealer.
Supposedly this maker produced about 15 of these cues, we think we have the only two in the US.
Anyone know about him? I know he's still making cues for eSBee under the line Stratavarius. But these cues, well they're mostly a mystery to me.
Oh, the light colored one was photographed for consideration in the Blue Book's recent edition, don't think it made it.
Thanks for reading.
