Need help with on-line vendor

That's what is bad about dealing on the Internet. Often you get good deals as their overhead is so low but if they have no class and decide to disappear it's hard to track them down as it's not like their store is just up the road.

what did you buy? i found its better to deal with the dealers here on az.. save yourself alot of trouble and who knows their prices could have been better then some fly by night company on the net...

I just sent them a mail asking if they ship to Japan. I'll let you know if I get a reply.

If you have been billed on your credit card but not received the goods, you can have the charge cancelled by your credit card company.

If you haven't been billed, one would assume that they haven't shipped.
