Need helping ID'ing a sneaky pete cue

Scored a pretty good deal on CL with this custom sneaky pete cue. I do not know who made it though. Points are very nice and sharp. 3/8x10 joint with Elforyn collars, shaft is 12mm with medium layered tip, butt cap is ivory.
Can anyone help ID this cue possibly?

Looks like a Carolina Custom that I used to own.

At first glance I thought Kevin Varney but not sure how much ivory he ever used in his cues, other than requested ferrules or joints.
