The hex handle one in the bottom is the "ambra" model. Used to be somewhat common around Spain a few years ago. Its cost new here was around 600-800€, I believe.
Longoni cues are well regarded here, they sponsor Nils Feijen and used to sponsor (very long ago) Mika Immonen. They are OK production cues with some very intricate designs available. Traditionally, they used 5/16x18 joints and now employ a quick release variant. They are better known for their carom line, I think.
