I have a early 80's Adams Monte Carlo that i was thinking about selling but I also would love to see it refinished and rewraped with a leather wrap. It would be a beauty. I know that in 90% condition it is like worth 875.00. In the current condition it is rough as far as the finish and original leather wrap. Question is that would it be considered 90% if i had it refinished etc. or does the percentage apply to only original condition? If so how would i know how to rate the percentage on a restoration?
