Need info on Vitalie Table

I'm going to be moving a Peter Vitalie table on Friday. It's solid black walnut, a super high-end table and I want to make sure I'm prepared.

I know that the construction/assembly of these tables is a little different than other tables. Anyone have any instructions, pointers, manuals?

All the parts are labeled 1-1 2-2- 3-3 plus they strike an alignment line on them also. Its been awhile But just bring the usual assortment of tools nothing special. Make sure you center the the middle slate first and check to see if its a pro 8 model most fancy ones are that I have scene Customers swear there an 8 but not been bite twice on that one.
