need new shaft for Hammerhead J/B

I reached for my new Hammerhead J/B last night and found the shaft cracked. I have no explanations or culprits at this time

I am now trying to track down the cue maker to get another shaft. Does anyone know who makes these? Info on the internet seems sparse at best.

If not, who is a cue maker who deals in wood screw joints? Or would any good cue maker know how to cut threads like these?
