hey everybody i am very new at this i recently bought a lathe off a buddy of mine so i can replace my own tips but i want to learn how to make sneaky pete out of old bar cues how do i install the pin an where would be a good place to buy them an i wanted to know what steps do i need to take in refinishing them an what kind of sealers, waxes, and clear coats do i need an where could i buy them thank you soo much your help

Find a local cuemaker.
Work for him for free for a few months if he lets you in.
Sell his cues to local league players.
Make sure he makes money while you're working for him for free and learning FOR FREE.
Make sure you clean his shop before you leave for the night b/c you're not paying for your education.
When you are ready to make cues, move out from his territory.
