I'd say that you're about ready to start building your own ring-billets.
The odds of you finding the exact ring(s) you're looking for are going to get pretty steep. For instance, what is the exact width of the slot that you want to inlay the PH into?
Ring-billets are, for the most part, not difficult to build. The mtrls involved aren't very expensive either (there are exceptions). They do however take time, particularly when you're striving for perfection.
So, you can pay a CM to build the billet for you (at their shop rate) or you can build them yourself and save a ton of money. Plus, you can build them to whatever dimensions you want.
