Need someone to extend rails and change cloth

I'm looking for someone in the East Bay, Ca. area to extend my rails and change the cloth. Any suggestions? Do any of you know who changes the cloth at Edgies in Milpitas, Crowns in San Ramon or Family in San Francisco?

Ernesto Dominguez works up and down California. One of the top mechanics in the country if I'm not mistaken. He's based in SoCal. I'm not sure how to get ahold of him though. I know he and his son Oscar did Hollywood Billiards not too long ago.

Oscar Dominguez posts on here occasionally. MexPoolPlyr is his username. That's the only way I know how to ahold of them.
