Need streaming help - questions about hardware

I'm very new to this streaming world. We've streamed two of the OB Cues Ladies 9 Ball Tour tournaments so far, and we have another this weekend.

We are using ustream. Our first tournament, we just did video, no audio, and that worked fine. The next tournament we did video and audio and that was a lot of fun once we added the audio. Everyone enjoyed the interaction between the players and chat room folks.

We've only been using a really cheesy hand held microphone that we plug into the microphone jack of the laptop. What I would like to do is purchase 2 headsets w/mic and be able have 2 people talk into the headsets at the same time. But, I also want to be able to hear the other commentator at the same time in the headset. What do I need to do this?

This past weekend I saw the setup Mike had at the WPBA Regional Tour Championships, and I even got to commentate on the live stream for a little while, but we could not hear each other in the headsets and I want to be able to do that.

Is this just wishful thinking on my part? Can this be done without spending an arm and a leg?

Thanks in advance for any assistance you can provide.

I'm pretty sure Shayla, that you would need a separate audio mixer to be able to do that. Not positive, I'm sure there are others out there who will be able to explain better.
