Need test group - Billiard rooms and players

Yup, got mine just an hr ago and now im waiting the hour. It seems to have evaporated off the towel already. Used about a third of the sample. Even though the shaft i put it on is pretty much brand new, i can feel its slicker than before. Seems to work like magic. I accidently got a little bit on my floor and prob spread it with my sock; now a patch of my floor is fairly slippery...
 
Everyone that sent an email to me with their name and address as of 3 weeks ago should be receiving soon. We ran out of samples and had to get new formulations. I expect, with the exception of countries outside of the US, most should be arriving this week and early next. All samples have been sent. Outside the US may take another week.

The second batch of samples did not get mixed due to haste in getting it out. Just shake the bottle once and all should be fine. (It probably got shaken enough in shipping)

What evaporated is the cleaning agent by design, leaving the conditioner behind. This will not raise the grain at all. Also, if the shaft is real dirty and if you were one of the ones to receive the billiard ball cleaner-polisher. Use it to clean the shaft first. It contains no harsh chemicals or abrasives and is an absolutely excellent cleaning agent. Using the Conditioner-Cleaner afterwards removes any polishing agents left behind.
 
I received my sample today as well and couldn't wait to use it. I couldn't be more impressed with the results. The shaft I have is about 10 years old and was fairly well maintained, but I didn't realize just how smooth it could actually be. Will definitely be picking up a bottle. Thank you so much Pete!!
