Need to Get in Contact with Azen Chen of Zen Cues

Can anyone help me get in contact Azen Chen of Zen Cues? I gave him a Zen cue at the SBE to have a repair done, and I cannot get in contact with him to get an update. I have sent several FB Messages to him (which is how he told me to contact him) but have not received any communication from him.

Send a pm to poolchady on az. Not sure if i get the username right , Chady's a big seller n fan of many southwest cue and he's also the authorize dealer of Zen cue. Dude goes to the Sbe every year so u might know him.
