I may be coming into some of his cues, but they are damaged and I would like to see if I can get him to do the repair work...anyone know how to reach him?

I call Bill quite a bit just be sure to let the phone ring several times. He may be working on cues and somtimes it takes a few minutes for him to get to the phone
