It's an OVAL shape piece of PVC tubing with black leather glued to the exterior.
Home Depot might help ? ?

A cobbler will have the leather working tools...I know, I have had a case repaired by one.....kinda expensive though

Are you talking the whole top lid? Maybe if you show us the case whether it Brown,Black, Tan or etc. it would help. Plus which clasp does that case have?

Latch doesn't matter, cap priority.
Cap is missing, case is OK.
I'll take any color,
I have leather to redo the PVC cap.
