What are you guys using to nest your male parts together?
My CAD software, EnRoute, has a nesting option but it stinks. It spaces each male .1" apart and there doesn't seem to be a way of adjusting it.
.1" gaps would be fine if I was making cabinets or something. We cut ivory, MOP, and abalone. Come the hell on... GRR
Here's an example of one of my male files:
That was done by hand. Now, it's nested great and there is very little wasted space but is that how you want to spend 45 minutes?
