Never going on a vacation again, taken 10 days to get back to normal.

When I take a week or so off I usually come back feeling pretty good. Maybe it takes me a day or two to feel as natural at the table as before I left, but I usually more than make up for it by being more focused.

I spent the night on a friends boat. The river was pretty rough that night, it took me a month to get my stroke back.
 
Sounds like a minor problem to me. I was in the Philippines from 29May to 28Jun. Pool game didn't suffer much nor did it improve.

Hint, stay away from where the good shooters play and just hang around where the tourist and expats are. :)

Your game might have improved if you went to the local room. Your wallet may have suffered, though.

Most of them do, but they never have chalk. Still, it’s fun to beat the occasional drunk who’s trying to show off to his friends.

I have to travel extensively for work and I think I play better when I first get back home. Feel rejuvenated or something. But it never lasts and I go back to slamming balls.
