When starting a new 9-Ball Tour, is there certain guidlines you have to obide by, does it have to be sanctioned by BCA or anyone like that? I'm from ILLINOIS, but not Chicago, basically St. Louis MISSOURI. If I wanted to see a 9-Ball Tour in our area, what needs to be done? Obviously we have to have places to play and players. I've been living in Germany and Korea for the past 4 years and will be returning to the St. Louis area in a 6 months. Is there a Tour or any Tour stops in the St. Louis area? I was thinking of something like the Gateway 9-Ball Tour with stops around St. Louis to include the ILLINOIS side of the river. I know there are plenty of places to play, but is there anything like this there? Please help on this subject!
