Still waiting. Got the DVD's the Tuesday before Thanksgiving. It may be here tomorrow if it gets to my PO which is about 8 miles away. I live in Trenton MI. The problem may be that they thought it was Trenton NJ

I got this book when I ordered the new DVD's, but would say that I would have GLADLY paid for it seperately. Very well written, and a lot of material.

It's not a manual, but it's just packed with info.
