Alright here's the deal. Bills are paid and my lovely wife is happy.I've got the green light for a new cue with a 500 dollar limit.I've sorta narrowed it down to Bludworth and Arnot. Now I'm just looking for some feed back on both of these cues. Thanks for any input.

I have an Arnot custom that is a couple of months old, Highly figured Zircote butt with birds eye forearm has the T3 shaft and a matching ash shaft. 19.3 oz I might be willing to sell for the right price as I am looking at a new higher end cue. I paid $600 plus the price of the shaft, make an offer.

New Cue

Dawg, get out there and hit a couple of the cues you mentioned. I have a nice Blud and like playing with it. An AZ member sent me a nice Oliver that seems to hit about the same. There are a lot of nice hitting cues out there. Give em a try.

Dawg,

I contacted Dave Jacoby and told him I just wanted a great playing cue with nothing fancy. I got a leather wrap and two shafts and had the length customized for me (60") and it cost me a shade under $500. I love my cue and I've had it for just about a year now. I agree with Don, though, try a bunch of cues out before you make up your mind.

one cue will make you play like a pro, the other like a 3 year old on LSD. make the wise choice. just kidding, it's not the cue, but the player. willie mosconi, could run 200+ with a $15 one piece warped house cue!
