I want to buy a new cue for my hubby! He has Schons, Joss, McDermotts, Dale Perrys, Meucci, Lucasi, Helmstetter, Huebler, Viking. I would like to spend $500-$700. He is just an average 9 ball player. No one offers lessons in our area so that is out. Any suggestipns would be greatly appreciated.

$500-$700 would get him into a nice simple custom. I would suggest checking out the Wanted/For Sale section, as some great buys can be had there. Out of the cues listed above, which one(s) does he play with most? This might help some with a starting point with suggestions, as of the cues you have listed, some play vastly different than others.

Hey SuzieQ where did your husband find such a fantastic women? My wife wouldnt spend 50 to 70 on a cue for me. Here are her exact words "why do you want another cue; youve got one already; why spend money on another cue; we havent got the money to spend on another cue; wouldnt you rather have something besides a cue" blah blah blah. She only thinks i have 2 she would really freak out if she knew i had 6 and a break cue.

Hello fellow okie. The man already has more cues than fishing poles. Cues are so personal I think you would just be adding another lure in his tackle box. I think pledging money for his new custom stick and letting him build his dream cue is the ticket. Wow. What do you azers think of these Okla. Ladies!!
