new cuemakers association, by Bludworth

No problem, Mr. Bludworth...English is not even my mother tongue, so ...:)) Need to be careful about myself ;)

From what I've read, Paul Dayton does phenomenal work and it's all by hand, no CNC and has been doing his inlays this way for years. Another good cuemaker and is very much into promoting the sport of cueing is Pechauer.
I agree with Rad, Paul Drexler, PFD studios, would be a great addition.
I like a lot of the cue makers works of art, but know little about them, except for what I read on this forum or on their sites.

I just want to congratulat Blud for picking a fine cue maker like Mike Webb.

And for all of you that think this is a bad idea just think about this one member (Mike Webb) and the support he gives to this industry.

Mike is the sponsor of many many tour's and tournements year round. He sponsor the Joss tour, he was a sponsor of the Big Apple Open, the world artistic pool championship, the world one pocket tourney, and many many more local and regoinal tours and tourney all over the east coast.

Mike sponsors every thing from D tourneys to World championships.

If these 12 members do half (which I believe they do but nobody knows it) of what Mike does for this sport it will be a much better sport for it.

Where does everyone think all this extra money for tourneys comes from. It comes from people like Blud and Mike Webb who sponsors all of these events so that WE can and will play in them. If it was not for people like these members there would be NO tourneys any where with added money.

Also think about this have you ever been to a tourney where there is a cue maker on site. What do you think these guys are making a living spending there very valuable time fixing your tips. No the are promoting this sport and any association in which is going to show more support and promotion for this sport is a good thing.

Good JOB BLUD keep up the good work and support in this fine sport of OUR'S.

Dave
