Hi to all pool enthousiasts!
I have thought about a pool game. I call it 9/15 and 10/15.
It is great for practicing exact postion play-safeties-8-ball break-breaking up clusters...
In 9/15 you rack all 15 balls. You break the full rack. The rules are like in 9 ball which means that you have to shoot the balls in numerical order from 1-9. The rest of the stripes are just obstacles in the game. You are allowed to pot a striped ball as well with the lowest numbered ball or to make a combo while touching the lowest numbered ball first with the cue ball.. Winner of the game is the player that makes the nine ball but there is no 9 ball break. The 9 ball will be respotted when the player made it on the break. There is no 3 fouls rule.
In 10/15 you rack all 15 balls. You break the full rack. The rules are like in 10 ball which means that you have to shoot the balls in numerical order from 1-10 and you have to anounce your shot if it is not evident. The rest of the stripes are just obstacles in the game. You are allowed to pot a striped ball as well with the lowest numbered ball or to make a combo while touching the lowest numbered ball first with the cue ball. Winner of the game is the player that makes the ten ball. The 10 ball will be respotted when the player made it on the break. There is no 3 fouls rule.
Look at the attachement to see the details.
Have fun!!!
