New license plate:

14pt1.jpg

In California, you are what you drive,
and what you display on your license plate.

For several years I resisted the urge
to get a "vanity" plate,
but somehow I fell prey to this one.

14.1, or straight pool,
is the game I prefer.

I shoot pool
because I can not paint, or sculpt,
or sing, or dance,
or play a musical instrument.

I shoot pool, therefore I am.

That 14pt1 plate is going to seem so cool to every serious pool player and the other 99.9% of the population can scratch their heads.

At least with a vanity plate if someone wants to get your license plate number to use against you they can easily remember it!

nice license plate.

I have a vette too and mine says

8 N OUT

which right about now should proly read instead

1 N MISS

:(

Yep. 2006 convertible, Monterey Red, with head-up display, paddle shift, navigation system, on-star, drilled rotors, etc. Nice car. A week after I bought it in July 2006, I drove it up the California coast to Whistler, Canada (awesome drive) and then for the next 2 months drove 5,000 miles around the western 11 states, shooting pool. Since then, less than 3,500 miles per year. The best part of that car is the paint job!

Here's some of the other cars I've enjoyed:

I thought about getting WHITEY because I own a white mustang. Would I be looking for trouble? I dont want my car to get keyed because I offended someone, not knowing its pool related.

Hot car, hot plate. I love the new C6s. Who thought Chevy could up the ante after the C5, and by so much?

Seriously though, if you drive a C6 you should be a 9-ball player. I always imagine 14.1 players should drive more.... conservative cars (BUICK!).

I think you made the correct decision. I would not even get that plate.

James: I don't get it. I tried, but my head hurts. I give up. Tell me?

Not 100% sure on this but I thought it stands for "Should be in Pool Room"

I'm a Van Halen fan by the way....

FastMikie-- Here you go. Please excuse the pic quality. These were taken right after I installed the 250 "Fat" tire kit and bike's still kinda dirty. Btw, it's a Yamaha Roadstar Warrior.

Funny... I don't mind being called a fat a** anymore. :D

Mikie,

I thought you were some sort of super genius ;)

It says "Should be NPR (non-pool related)"

It was a joke, due to the recent focus on only posting pool related threads in the main forums here on AZ Billiards. Apparently it was too deep for most. :p
