Good day to All,
After many calls and much thought, and several of my friends twisting my arm, [so to speak] I'm coming with yet another new machine.
It will be a single or dual headed combination, CNC mill and saw. It will have an attachment [ saw] for turn-cutting shafts, butts forarms, and butt seleves.
It will be easy to swap from one to there other. Simply remove 4 bolts, and add your next fixture on it the Z axis plate, [ via dowel pins to keep it lined up], everything stays in alignment, from one fixture to the next. I recommend NSK's spindles because that's what I have used for 20 plus years, and there right on, just like we need. NEVER any problems with them.
If you want another type spindle or spindles, you can send them to me, and I'll provide the mount for them. The turning fixture will be driven by an electric motor, [ speed adjustment] I have now increased from one or two spindles, and plainer heads up to, [4] four spindles and four plainer heads. This can be a combination machine or I can build you a single CNC taper machine, and or a single CNC mill. The largest multi=head machine to date was an eight head CNC mill.
Keep in mind, that I design and build many types of machines for building cues.
I have been building and selling longer than all the others. I was first to build and sell machinery, to custom cuemakers, Chris Hightower was next. Chris is also a very good friend, and a good customer. Several years back, Chris purchased one of my four [4] blade CNC saw machine. If you need a jig or fixture, give me a call, and we'll work something out.
Please contact me via my email,
bludcues@yahoo.com and via my phone, 830-275-0302,
PRICES WILL BE QUOTED OVER THE PHONE,
Thanks for your time,
your comments are welcome.
