I just received this book and will be spending some time reading through it this weekend. What do you people think of it?

I have 3 of Capelle's books, all of which have a section on Practice Drills. I presume that Capelle's new book on Practicing encapsulates what he has in his other books.

All 3 of Capelle's books that I have on 8-ball, 9-ball and Straight Pool are excellent. I've learned a lot from all three books.
In looking at the online Sneak Peek and the Table of Contents to Phil's new book on Practicing Pool, I have no doubt that this is another very well written book too.
