The first couple hours you play on it you have a headache but it goes away after a while.

chrstc said:Hello,
Over here in the UK most pool clubs are run by Rileys (a big chain of cue sports clubs). Every pool table in the newly-refurbished clubs has a purple cloth on it except for the odd club with "pro tables". Rileys Victoria (London) which is the best-run club in the UK does have 2 Brunswicks with blue Simonis on them but you have to pay £15 an hour to play on them (yes, that's almost $30 with the current exchange rate)! You folks don't know how lucky you are from that point of view! Of course when it comes to snooker tables I expect the reverse would be true. Supply and demand I suppose and snooker is still the main cue sport here.(Chrstc).
