If it's a torrent file, I think you would have to use a client such as utorrent to download the file and then convert it using DVD FLICIK or some other program to view it on the computer. At least, that's what I've been doing with other stuff.

When I got to the site, there was nothing to see, don't know if you have to register beforehand or what. But, if these are pirated Accu-Stats, you might want to reconsider downloading them.

Torrents are a file type that you have to download using a utility like azureus or bitlord and it pieces together the files on your end after the download. It's a great way to get a popular file (many seeds, or people sharing the file. also many peers are desired as well, as peers are people who are in the process of downloading and can share the portion they have downloaded) quickly.

It requires a little bit of computer knowledge and if it is a verified torrent from a good source is pretty much guaranteed not to be infected with a virus. I often pre-screen movies I didn't think were worth seeing in the theater with torrents... and if they were actually very good, I go see them in the theater
