Hope it's not as messy as the 1080.
I like the 1080 for its grittiness but it goes all over the cueball and table.
Goes on phenolic really easy though.
Much easier than the Taom which doesn't do well with phenolic but great with leather.
 
I think it’s the Predator “Pure” chalk that people are interested in. That’s the Taom/Roku competitor that Predator has been developing for a while now.
 
Well the chalk arrived today and, 10 seconds after removing one from the box I can tell you it's the same chalk as their current chalk, only in cube shape. So, sticking with my time-proven V10, I'll be passing out the new Predator chalk to all the pool room members and league members.

So if I am reading this correctly, Predator Crest == Predator 1080, except it is a little less expensive., about 30 cents a cube instead of $2 for a weird shaped block that doesn't fit into anyone's chalk holder. Has anyone heard reports of or seen the Predator Pure chalk?

NO WAY!
Predator NEVER rebrands/restyles things and tries to pass them off as a new/superior product!:rolleyes:
