New room in progress

I had 4 windows framed in and changed my mind so I just put the one on the side where I can see my driveway. i'd rather not have the sun beating in through windows.

There is an another way. The house I own up north where I will be moving sits on 8 acres but is very small. Since a pool room is very important to me I plan on getting one of those steel buildings on the property to house my cue shop and pool table something like this.

Those are really nice buildings for sure.If thats the route you take just make sure they insulate it very good and try to keep the ceiling no more than 8 ft.Also when whoever poured my garage floor, they didn't put any moisture barrier and my floor sweats like crazy.
If not for that I would have just fixed my garage up instead.

I know I'm gonna get it done I just don't know when.lol

Ok,I'm back at it with the room.I have it all insulated and I need an idea on what to do with what used to be the kitchen window.Remove the window and close the hole or remove it and put a framed opening?Maybe a couple little saloon style doors there?
Give me a few ideas.

Nice...

That looks like a good sized room. But, is it just set on wooden posts?? I guess there are no building codes where you are, huh???

No building codes here where I'm at.I have it set on piers with 8x8 treated posts.on 8 ft centers and on 16 inch centers underneath,I have 4x4 treated posts there.I would go insane with the
building codes.That's why I like it here.Lol.

Carpet

OK guys, I'm looking for opinions on carpet color. I have the walls painted now and the color I went with is French grey. My wife hates it but I think with the right color of carpet to help out it will change the look. Thanks for your opinions in advance/

If you're not sure what French grey is, I will post pics of it soon.
