New Room Open In Tenn!!!!!!

JANET ATWELL, has finally gotten her room open in Bristol Tn....and it is a very very nice room to play in. No smoking , bar and grill as well. She has 12 new ( 9ft Brunswicks , and one of the nicest wait staffs in the biz.

She has a weekly $15 handycap tourney that usually pays out about $300-$600 a tourney to 4 places, with her adding a $100, and including the calcutta....she also is starting an open event once a month with the first one on JULY 9th @ 1pm......so if anyone is interested give her a call, or just post here or send me a private message and I will try to answer all the quetions the best I can.

I dont have anything to do with the room other than I love to play there and I know that most if not all the others that keep the tables full every night do as well.

If, in that room, you meet a pool-playing lawyer from Big Stone Gap named Bill Bradshaw, tell him Andrew Manning says hi. Furthermore, no matter how bad you're beating him at 9-ball or 8-ball, don't take him up on his offer to switch to bank pool :p

He tells me he recently discovered a good pool hall (a rarity in that area, or so I'm told) in Bristol, and I wonder if it's the one you're talking about.

YES ITS DEFINITELY THIS ONE!!!!

There is another room in Bristol, but it isnt even close to the room this one is....the ONLY thing the other room has this this one doesnt yet is JOE BLACKBURN, and from what I hear he is going to be putting his shop or at least a part of it in Janets place as well.

If you get a chance come and see us there....ask for a brick laying pool player ...they will know who you mean :D :D
 
SO how many of you think you might make it over to the room sometime?

O also I wanted to say that Alison Fisher has been there as well.:cool: :cool:

She came by for the grand opening I think, so one never knows who might walk in :D :D :D

I dont know about paying you, but I am sure they will line up take a little change from you....come on by and lets see what happens:cool: :cool:

Oh yeah? I was in that pool room in downtown in Johnson city last july and no one could take my change.:cool:

Janets room is in Bristol....about 30 miles away :D

What is your real name? I will be speaking with her tonight prolly.

If you dont want the name public , send me a pm....and I wont say anything to anyone......also I am just a tourney player so, taking change from anyone would have to be someone elses Job :D :cool: :cool:

There is only one pool room in the down town`s narrow streets.
I know where Bristol is.Please do not forget I am a vagabond in a true sense.
The only guy from that part of the country who could beat me died 10 months ago.Please say hello to `Gene the Machine` if u run into him.He does not go to Janet`s place.Gene dreads to play me.

You talking about Gene Apsure? If so he doesnt play anymore he had a stroke, actually he had 2 of them .

I asked Janet about you and she has no Idea who you are. Why dont you just tell me and I will ask her, and Gen is no where near the best around here ....not even close......before his stroke I beat him. And I am one of the weaker players around.

10 months ago he died.....ah yes Mountain man, he trully is missed....he was a very good fella, and top notch Pool player as well.

Like I said she has no clue who you are, if you tell me , I can keep a secret, no one else has to know.

O YEA Landon Shuffet was there tonight and will be there tomorrow also, he and His dad are there giving some lessons.

Tough kid with a stick in his hand :D :D

Like I said come on by and someone will ease that bi-fold for ya ;)

I have Janet`s cell phone number and we know each other well.
I like her pool room in Bristol,TN to have more exposure on the internet and that is the reason I have ben engaging in the dialogue.
By the way gambling is NOT my modus operandi.Cheers

I dont know about beating Joe I have never played him...I have spent alot of time chatting with him, and he set my table up for me, but we never get around to playing any though....YOu think he is afraid to play me?:D :D :D :D :cool: :cool:

Gambling isnt my thing either....and as far as Janet, I believe you know her , I was just letting you know that she has no idea who You are from this conversation....and the exposure is why I have done this as well.

I did beat Landon last night though :D of course he was just goofing off :D :D :D and man that kid loves the Juke box....I bet he made 50 trips to that thing.
