His cues play good. I have had two (one currently) and both have a nice hit to them. He does very good points and ringwork. The taper on his shafts are a little strong for my taste but they get a lot of good feedback and good results when using english. Scott Wisler is a good nad honest guy and I doubt he would try to screw anybody so I wouldn't worry about his zero feedback. Even though his account is old this is the first time I have seen him list a cue on eBay. Just my 2 cents

Cuswin's link is not from Scott directly but your link is from Scott Whisler's listing. I was fortunate enough to be the first to buy his cue from eBay. He and his wife has been very communicative and shipped the cue promptly. Prior to shipping, he turned the shaft and the adjusted the weight to my specifications.
It was very nice transaction. Thumbs up.
The cue is also very nice and definitely different as it has butterfly "points".
