I just picked up the first carbon fiber shaft available from Ascension Carbon. These shafts are custom made in STL, MO. This company has been researching, and developing this shaft for an extended period of time, and finally came to a shaft that they are proud to share with the pool community. I’ve got number one. It was made to fit my Schon, and hits fantastic. It’s 12.4mm, with a Whitten Medium tip, phenomenal taper, and incredible hit. It is extremely low deflection.
