don't buy a no namer off ebay , if you can fit a 9 footer than thats the way to go as well , be patient and grab a used brunswick gold crown, or Olhausen maybe.

One of the tables on ebay is a Canadian Billiards table. I do know someone who has one. Its all wood. No press board. The Dufferin I am looking at is all wood as well. No press board. Seems the area that I live in is an issue. Not many options come up for a used table. Its a smaller city in Ontario. I have been looking for awhile. Have come across a couple tables but price has been way to high. And some have been rough to. The Duferin table is mint shape. Trully looks like its never been played on. Guy showed me the orginal bills for it. $2000.00 maybe high thou. It does include balls, cues, light and cue rack. Heavy cover as well. Just have scene Dufferin come up on other posts here and not always been positive. The second table on ebay has'nt emailed me back with any of the questions I have asked. The table I currently have is older and okay. I have it sold. Well have someone who wants it, just waiting on me to say yes. And to be honest they are giving me a very fair price for it. Just sitting on the fence now thinking what to do.

Don't be afraid to lay down on the floor and look at the main frame and frame supports with a bright flashlight if these brands of tables listed on ebay are also in billiard showrooms near you, I was shocked at some of the thousand dollar tables sold by the Rec warehouse type stores in my area. There is some real junk being sold and called pool tables take your time and you will find a real nice table at a good price. Good luck--Leonard

The Dufferin is about 1 KM down the road. I looked it all over with a flash light last night. Top and bottom. Played some on it to. Its solid for sure. Was installed by a pro. I talked to him yesterday, small town so its easy to get in touch, he said its a good table.

The ebay tables are so nice looking in pictures. Prices are great to. Budget again. The one seller has answered all my questions. Fast. Put me in touch with 5 people who have bought tables. I talked to 3. All raved about them. Waiting to hear from other two. They do not have a show room. The one person who bought said I could come by and see his if I liked. He is 3 hrs away.
