That cue is no sneaky, however it is awesome. That is what sneaky's aspire to be. I prefer to play with a wrapless full splice cue. Since I didn't have the $300 to spend on a blank, I went with a sneaky style blank. When I say sneaky blank I mean a dark wood spliced into maple. Shorter, typically uneven points (but that's cool) that are sharp at the top and flat at the bottom. But since I was buying a custom cue I went with some options. For about $150 less I would've had a true sneaky.
My other playing cue, at one point, was a one piece cue that Jim Baxter added some options to and turned it into a serious player. These cues could be called "upgraded sneaky's" because they still come from a sneaky style blank. Jim Baxter also recently made a full splice wrapless cue with super long, dead even points that were sharp on both ends. An awesome full splice wrapless cue, but nothing my really sneaky about it. Just like your 26 1/2. Both very awesome cues.
I'll add that my Star City cue has highly figured bacote into bem which, IMO, takes away some of the sneaky-ness also
