Having some trouble with my Le Pro tip ie: miscues. I used Le Pro for many years. I changed to layered tips when they first came out. I believe they were 7 layer back then. Upon my recent return to pool I needed a new tip. 9 years out of the loop I opted for "Old faithful" Le Pro. It could simply be a lemon, but I am not pleased with it's performance or it's unwaranted miscues. I am meticulous with the maintenance and upkeep of my tip & I chalk before each and every shot without fail. Part of my pre-shot routine. Being aware that AZB members are certainly more current than I with todays products I am asking for your imput on this topic. At this point I do want to spend an inordinate amount on a tip. But I do want solid, predictable performance that coupled with proper maintenance does not hearald unwarranted miscues. Your personal perspectives on this subject will be greatly appreciated.
