New WPBA event scheduled?

Saw on what looks like an updated 2011 WPA calendar that there is a stop listed for the WPBA in "Michigan" for January 6-9:

Anyone know any details on if these dates are set yet and if this is back at the Blue Chip? Don't see anything listed yet on the WPBA site....

Joe, this is a confirmed event, info will be up on WPBA.com soon. We are actually returning to Soaring Eagle Casino in Mt. Pleasant, MI. This is taking place alongside the Soaring Eagle Open which is being run by Dr. Pool. I will post more info on the WPBA event in the forums once the press releases go out and the player invites are sent.
 
Great, thanks for the reply. Nice to see the new event scheduled.

Dang, Mt. Pleasant is a haul, and I had complained about the drive from Chicago to Michigan City. :grin:
