Anyone ever heard of a place called "Smiley's"? May not be in Newport News but it's close. I've been trying to google it but can't find anything. Anyone ever heard of it. Website? Anything?

Smileys has been closed now for about 5 years or maybe more. It was actually in Hampton when it did exist.

I remember that place. They had a waitress there that I lusted after for a while. She had a neck tattoo that I liked. Never before or since have I seen a neck tattoo look good on a woman, but it worked for her. Ah, the good old days.
