Ko stops the bleeding to go up 7-5. Neither player playing that well, Ko at .843, Shaw at .745.
 
Ko pushes and Shaw plays safe on the 2, but leaves just enough for Ko to make a beautiful 7-foot, thin cut on the 2 into the corner pocket, with shape on the 3. Ko runs out to go up 8-5.
 
The ref gives Ko a bad rack, but makes him break anyway. Illegal break, but Shaw runs to the 7 and misses. Easy 3 ball out for Ko to go up 9-5. Shaw shooting .729 now.
 
Shaw misses a long, tough shot on the 1 and sells out. Ko runs out to get on the hill 10-6.
 
I don't like the fact that the Ko brothers are talking between games. I'm sure Ko Pin Yi doesn't need any help, but at that level it's mostly mental and who knows what affect their discussions in-between games is having on Ko's game. This should be disallowed, even if it's small talk.
 
Shaw makes the shot of the match with a 9 food jump shot on the 2 after the break and runs out. 10-9 Ko!

Race to 11.

Ko is complaining that he had to break when the balls weren't tight, but that the ref is reracking for Shaw when he says they're not tight.
 
Shaw fires in a long-rail bank on the 1 at 90 mph after the break and runs out to make it hill-hill!
