nice looking scrugg's did u buy it new or used it had to be made before 96 that's when he put on the new t.s. logo i think it's worth 2500 to 3000 but in today's market i dont know thats a nice looking cue

Very nice Scruggs. I think that 2500-3000 is probably accurate. It appears to have ivory joint. If you are to sell it, you may wanna take some higher quality pics. It is possible it is worth more that that but I believe it would sell reasonably quick priced at 2000.
Logo means nothing on TS Cues as far as year produced
Once they went from the old logo they used 3 logos that I know of. They put whatever logo they thought would look best on that cue. I sent Timi a Joss that had black and yellow veneers for a shaft and refinish and bet it was made around that time. It was in the 90's.
As far as value, don't sell it.
