Nice wedges for slate/subframe leveling for sale.. $6.95 shipped.

I know how many of you guys probably rant about not having any more shims or fine cut wedges to level up slates / subframes and end up using something comparable.

Well I have come up with a solution after years of ranting myself, and I think I've come up with the good economical solution to actually purchase these wedges and always have them available when you need them most.

Check out my ebay auction for specifics, but If any of you want some samples to try out before you buy, please send a Self-Addressed Stamped envelope to:

Pool Table Wedge Sample
3463 Bickel Church Rd NW
Baltimore, Ohio 43105-9404.

You get (10) 3-1/2" x 3-1/2" x 1/4" 4° beech wedges, which can make approximately (100) 3/8" x 1/4" x 3-1/2" shims by just scribing with your razor knife and snapping a piece off. The larger wedges come in handy too for leveling up sub frames or more delicate slate leveling because of extremely warped sub frames, where a more heavy duty wedge is appropriate. $6.95 shipped gets you approx. 100 shims. Pretty cheap for hardwood feather edge parallel grain shims.

You could get a lifetime supply of shims for assembling pool tables for around $250.00.. 500 Wedges that could produce 5,000 shims.. Let me know what you guys think.

Thanks for looking... Zach

Thanks to everyone that purchased a set of 10 wedges. I sent most of you around 14 or so. I sent enough to keep the shipping under 8oz, because the next rate increase goes from $2.60 to over $3.00 for shipping over 8oz Since I'm shipping them for free this is kind of crucial. 10 wedges weigh about 5.5oz, which is usually $2.16 to ship. 8oz is $2.60, and 8+ is $3.20, and so on, anywhere in the 48 states. You get the drift.

Once most of you get these and put them to use, if you could please leave feedback here in this thread about them to let everyone else know what you think.

Thanks again.. If any of you guys want samples, send a self addressed stamped envelope to the address in the first post,a nd I'll ship you two to try out.

Slowly selling a bit more every week.. I think everyone is going to like these wedges more so than the plastic ones. Heck.. I don't even know how much a set of plastic ones are...

Those that do purchase these, or get samples.. Please leave feedback here!
